We make sure everyone is aligned on realistic construction goals based on both your design vision and budgetary constraints before anything moves forward. No pressure, no commitment.
Phase 02
Design & Planning
We work with you to refine your vision, helping you think through layouts, finishes, and design decisions before anything is finalized. Once we're aligned, we put together a detailed project proposal covering the full scope of work, timeline, and pricing. No surprises.
PHASE 03
Permits & Approvals
We navigate the complexities of local regulations to secure every necessary approval for your project. We meticulously prepare all documentation and permits, ensuring your project meets all legal standards before we break ground.
PHASE 04
Construction
Work begins. Throughout the process we keep you involved, not just informed. You receive consistent updates and transparent cost tracking throughout the entire build so you always know where your project stands. We welcome and encourage your input, and we make sure every decision along the way reflects your vision. This is your project and we treat it that way.
Phase 05
Quality Control
Quality is maintained throughout the entire project. At every stage of the build, we inspect the work, verify the details, and make sure everything meets the highest standard before moving forward.
PHASE 06
Client Handover & Warranty
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards and leaves you completely satisfied. During this walkthrough, every detail is reviewed, every question is answered, and nothing is considered done until you are fully satisfied. Our commitment to your project doesn't end there.
